Job Description
As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of user-facing web interfaces, from concept to deployment. You will collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive, responsive web pages, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with back-end services. Your role will involve optimizing application performance, maintaining code quality, and staying current with industry trends to drive innovative solutions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, user-focused, and passionate about creating high-quality, engaging web experiences.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement user-facing web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Translate design mockups into responsive and interactive web pages.
Work closely with designers to ensure the visual design is translated accurately into code. Coordinate with back-end developers to integrate APIs and services seamlessly.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications by optimizing code and implementing best practices.
Gather and analyze user feedback to enhance usability and functionality. Continuously iterate on features to improve user satisfaction.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and apply new techniques to enhance web development practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in front-end development, preferably within a technology or software company.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Additional certifications or relevant training is a plus.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and responsive design principles.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand and troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work well in cross-functional teams and manage development projects in a fast-paced environment.
