Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse our website or services.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and software on this site are the property of Glosskode Limited and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our content without our prior written consent.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account information and for any activity under your account.

Payments

Payments for services are to be made via the approved payment platforms integrated into our website, including but not limited to Flutterwave. All payment details must be accurate and complete.

Service Delivery

Delivery timelines and terms for digital services will be agreed upon before project commencement and are subject to revision based on scope and requirements.

Limitation of Liability

Glosskode Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Nigerian law.

 

Refund Policy

At Glosskode Limited, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services (software development, digital solutions, advisory, and automation services), we have the following refund policy:

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet commenced.
  • A written cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of payment.
  • Glosskode fails to deliver agreed-upon services due to internal issues.      

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Completed work or services already delivered
  • Third-party fees (e.g., hosting, domain registrations, third-party licenses)
  • Services delayed due to client’s failure to provide necessary input or approval  

Partial Refunds

Where applicable, partial refunds may be issued based on the portion of the work already completed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the same method of payment. We reserve the right to deduct administrative or processing charges.
