Umar Doma has been an independent Director of BCTEK since February 2013
serving in various corporate governance committees. He read Chemical
Engineering and is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and the MIT Sloan
School of Management.
He was at various times Personal Assistant to the Chairman Board of the Raw
Materials Research and Development Council and Special Assistant to the
Executive Governor of Nasarawa State on Special Duties.
Mr. Doma is a member of various professional bodies amongst which are
American Institute of Chemical Engineers, AIChE, Royal Institution of Great
Britain, International Food and Agribusiness Management Association, IFAMA,
All Farmers Association of Nigeria, AFAN, Global Shea Alliance amongst others
