Dr. Thomas Sule, our Founder and CEO, is a visionary leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. With a robust background in engineering and executive leadership, Dr. Sule has been pivotal in advancing GlossKode’s mission to simplify technology, making it accessible and valuable to businesses of all sizes.

He is a practicing engineer in both Canada and Nigeria and holds a Fellowship designation in Electrical and Electronic Engineering in Nigeria.

Before founding GlossKode, Dr. Sule held senior leadership roles at several renowned companies. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Helios Towers, he was responsible for overseeing operations and driving strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. His leadership was key to successfully integrating cutting-edge technologies within the telecom infrastructure industry.

Dr. Sule also gained significant experience in digital transformation while at BP Energy Canada, where he led projects that optimized energy operations and strengthened the organization’s digital capabilities. His work demonstrated a deep understanding of how to leverage digital solutions to drive growth and operational excellence.

At BCTek Engineering, Dr. Sule served as CEO, where he successfully led the company to significant growth. Under his leadership, BCTek expanded its telecom infrastructure, establishing over 600 cellular sites across 36 states. Dr. Sule’s strategic vision and operational excellence contributed to the company’s position as a leading player in the telecom and digital industry.

At Oando PLC, as Chief Information Officer (CIO), he transformed the company’s digital strategy to better align with market demands and future growth opportunities.
